Lighting Estimator
Annamaria Supply is a lighting-fixture company, currently seeking a Lighting Estimator based out of Alpharetta, Georgia. This candidate will be responsible for reviewing construction drawings and specifications. Looking for a dependable and responsible individual who would like to grow with our small but rapidly-expanding family-owned business.
In this role, your experience and skills in the following will be utilized:
- Compile bid packages
- Conduct quantity take-offs
- Collaborate with the tram to develop detailed scope of work
- Ability to extract CDP and specifications from sites supplied by clients
- Reviewing, estimating, and preparing electrical quotes and proposals
- Implementing measure to increase company’s effectiveness and efficiency
- Meeting deadlines per customers’ needs
Requirements:
- Some college is a positive, but not a requirement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including project
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, teamwork, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure
- Strong organizational skills

Software Developer
Annamaria Supply is a lighting-fixture company, currently seeking a Full Stack Developer based out of Alpharetta, Georgia. This candidate will be responsible for expanding and developing a custom quoting software program and linking it to external databases. Looking for a dependable and responsible individual who would like to grow with our small but rapidly-expanding family-owned business.
In this role, your experience and skills in the following technologies will be utilized:
- Javascript/Transcript
- Google Organizations and Firebase
- React
- GitHub
- API integration
- OneDrive and Microsoft product suite

- 5+ years full-stack software development
- Proficiency in NoSQL databases and data storage structures

Warehouse Manager
Annamaria Supply is a lighting-fixture company, currently seeking a Warehouse Manager/Driver based out of Alpharetta, Georgia. This candidate will be responsible for managing our supply-chain of light fixtures, including receiving, inventory, storage, picking, staging, and delivering. Looking for a dependable and responsible individual who would like to grow with our small but rapidly-expanding family-owned business.
Duties and Functions:
- Receive parcels and pallets from trucks, containers, or delivery services.
- Inspect fixtures for damage and input them into inventory correctly.
- Manage 12,000 sq ft warehouse with pallets and loose fixtures, using electric pallet stacker/pallet jacks/forklift safely.
- Locate, pick, label, and stage customer orders, either for LTL pickup or driving delivery.
- Driving delivery: Willing to drive a non-CDL box truck (<26-foot) up to 50% of the time to eastern USA locations for job-site deliveries (Some overnights, with paid lodging and meals)
- Document, record, and correctly complete all requires paperwork manually or electronically.
- Perform annual inventory of warehouse contents
Qualifications
- High-school diploma or equivalent, minimum
- Ability to pass DOT physical
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3-5 years warehouse experience: forklift, electric pallet stacker, pallet jacks, pallet wrapper, scale, label printer, utility knife
- 3-5 years driving & delivery experience: non-CDL box truck, liftgate, pallet jack, delivery ticket, construction site safety
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and move light fixtures over the course of a shift
- Preferred: forklift certification
- Day shift in commercial office/warehouse space
- Some day and overnight travel (driving) required
- Steel-toed boots, helmet, and safety vest provided
- Pay dependent on experience and qualifications
- Vacation and insurance available after 90 days
